The Spirit of Eid ul Adha
Five quiet reflections drawn from the story of Ibrahim.

"O my son, I have seen in a dream that I am sacrificing you, so see what you think. He said, O my father, do as you are commanded."
Eid ul Adha begins with Ibrahim's surrender — a faith that trusted the command even when the heart trembled.
- 02 · Sacrificeقربان
"Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is piety from you."
Qurbani is not about what is offered, but the sincerity behind it. The true sacrifice is the ego we lay down.
- 03 · Sharingإيثار
"Eat of it and feed the needy and the beggar."
Tradition divides the Qurbani into three — for family, for friends, for those in need — so the blessing spreads beyond the home.
- 04 · Pilgrimageحج
"And proclaim to the people the Hajj; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel from every distant pass."
Today millions stand at Arafah dressed in white — equal, simple, asking. From afar, we stand with them in spirit.
- 05 · Legacyميراث
"And Ibrahim instructed his sons, and so did Jacob — O my sons, indeed Allah has chosen for you this religion, so do not die except as Muslims."
A father and son built the Kaaba together. Eid ul Adha is a reminder that faith is a gift we hand down.
